A Danser customer recently sent us a burner housing to be insulated. Because Vacuduct®’s vacuum-forming process allows us to make custom shapes and sizes, we are able to “wetline” parts. This means the high-temperature ceramic fiber insulation is formed in place, providing very seamless insulation for complex shapes. This process can be replicated for ductwork, exhaust stacks, afterburners and other high heat components, large or small. It gives us flexibility to meet our customers’ biggest insulation challenges.
