For years, Danser crews have travelled across the country on short notice to make emergency repairs and to complete plant maintenance.
Danser understands the costs of having production shutdown due to a breakdown in equipment. Minutes equal dollars. So when customers are in a jam, Danser makes it a priority to move quickly and safely to get production running again. In certain cases, Danser can complete “hot work” repair with systems still running, saving customers expensive downtime.

This type of response requires flexibility and agility, as well as expertise from experienced teams. When Danser is notified of a needed repair, a project manager gathers information to help diagnose the problem. The project manager develops a plan approved by the customer, and the shop completes any necessary fabrication to handle the repair. Then an experienced Danser crew travels to the site and completes the repair using the same safety and quality standards of any Danser project.
Recently, Danser crews travelled to a site in Ohio for an emergency duct repair. The crew worked quickly to allow the customer start production again. For another emergency repair, Danser crews were already onsite at another project in Texas when a customer called with an emergency repair. The crew was able to travel to the new site, complete the emergency repair and return to the regularly scheduled work, a testament to Danser’s flexibility and problem-solving capabilities.
“This is what we do,” said Danser Plant Superintendent Tim Buckley. “Our customers know they can call us, and we will be on the way. They trust us to help solve their problem and get them running quickly.”
