Rolling Capacities

Capacities in normal mild steel with typical yield point 36,000 PSI:

Prebending to 18″Ø – 120″ x 1/4″ with resulting flat end of 2 times material thickness
Prebending to 36″Ø – 120″ x 5/16″ with resulting flat end of 2 times material thickness
Circular bending to 36″Ø – 120″ x 1/2″
Circular bending to 60″Ø – 120″ x 9/16″
Circular bending to 96″Ø – 120″ x 5/8″

Capacities in steel Type A-516 Grade 70 with typical yield point 50,000 PSI:

Prebending to 18″Ø – 120″ x 3/16″ with resulting flat end of 2 times material thickness
Prebending to 36″Ø – 120″ x 1/4″ with resulting flat end of 2 times material thickness
Circular bending to 32″Ø – 120″ x 1/4″
Circular bending to 60″Ø – 120″ x 7/16″
Circular bending to 96″Ø – 120″ x 1/2″
